All sales are final.

VW Modz & X-Modz does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

Due to the nature of custom automotive, off-road, fabricated, electronic, and specialty performance products, we do not accept:

  • Cancellations after an order has been placed


Please verify all product details, compatibility, measurements, and fitment before purchasing.



Custom & Special-Order Items


Custom-made, fabricated, made-to-order, modified, or special-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.


This includes but is not limited to:




  • Custom fabricated parts


  • Tuning components


  • Audio systems


  • Lighting kits


  • Vinyl decals


  • Apparel


  • Electronics


  • Performance parts



Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:




  • Your order number


  • Photos of the packaging


  • Photos of the product


We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.



Installation & Use Responsibility


VW Modz & X-Modz is not responsible for:




  • Improper installation


  • User error


  • Damage caused during installation


  • Vehicle compatibility issues


  • Tuning-related damage


  • Misuse or abuse of products


Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance and electrical components.



Chargebacks


Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases and subject to collection efforts or legal action.
